Our Vision

Our vision is to raise the standard of recruitment by creating a better experience for both businesses and candidates, built on trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships. We aim to help people and organisations grow, develop, and reach their full potential together.

How It Started

3 Peaks Recruitment was founded by three friends who met working together and quickly realised we shared the same belief, recruitment could be done differently.

We had seen how powerful it is when people feel genuinely understood and supported, and how often that gets lost in the rush. We wanted to build something different. A recruitment business focused on quality, honesty, and real relationships.

That’s how 3 Peaks Recruitment began, with a shared goal to raise the standard of recruitment and create a better experience for everyone.

Charlene Craig – Co-Founder

With over a decade of senior leadership experience, Charlene brings a wealth of practical insight to 3 Peaks. She began her career on the retail shop floor before progressing into a Regional Manager role, where she worked side by side with large teams, opened new locations across the UK, and upheld high standards in dynamic environments. This experience shapes the way she now works in recruitment, always keeping collaboration at the heart of everything she does.

Charlene holds a First Class Honours degree in Psychology from Ulster University, which supports her natural understanding of behaviour, motivation, and performance in the workplace. Throughout her career, she has built teams from the ground up, supported businesses through periods of growth, and helped guide teams through times of change with care and clarity.

Charlene works in genuine long-term partnership with her clients and candidates, offering bespoke, multi-industry recruitment support. She is known for her authentic, relationship-led approach and believes the strongest results come from trust, open communication, and taking the time to truly understand the people and businesses behind every search, in a way that feels professional and personal.

Christopher Mullan – Co-Founder

Christopher is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with more than 15 years of experience spanning HR, talent, learning and organisational development across global companies. As a qualified executive coach and agile HR professional, he blends deep expertise with a warm, supportive style that helps people make confident decisions. His career has centred on one consistent belief,  when people feel supported, respected and understood, they reach their best.

He has led cultural transformation programmes, designed leadership development pathways, coached senior executives, driven organisational change, and built strategic HR and talent solutions that support business growth.

At 3 Peaks, he brings this blend of HR expertise, coaching background and people-first mindset into a mission he cares about deeply, making recruitment more human, honest, transparent and rooted in genuine partnership.

Helen Cosgrove – Co-Founder

Helen brings over 25 years of recruitment expertise to 3 Peaks Recruitment, underpinned by a strong track record across Sales & Marketing, Professional Services, Supply Chain, Accountancy & Finance, and Human Resources.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with many of Northern Ireland’s leading public and private sector organisations, as well as a broad portfolio of SMEs. Helen is highly experienced in managing bespoke and often complex recruitment assignments, ensuring that every placement aligns with both organisational objectives and cultural fit.

Recognised for her strong listening skills, integrity and straightforward guidance, Helen is committed to building trusted, long-term relationships. She prides herself on delivering a professional, consultative service that consistently supports clients and candidates in achieving their goals.
