We are looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead the brand’s established concession within Arnotts, Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused, fashion-led retail professional to take ownership of a successful concession, driving sales, developing a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience within one of Dublin’s most prestigious department stores.

Location: Arnotts Department Store, Dublin

The Opportunity

This role would suit an experienced Store Manager, Concession Manager or strong Assistant Manager with a background in premium or luxury fashion retail.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the concession, balancing commercial results, team leadership, customer experience and brand standards.

The brand is recognised for its elegant, contemporary footwear, crafted using luxurious Italian leathers and suedes, alongside beautifully designed handbags. With a strong reputation for quality and sophistication, this is an opportunity to represent a premium brand within a leading retail environment.

What you’ll do:

Lead the day-to-day management and commercial performance of the concession
Drive sales and consistently deliver against KPIs and targets
Lead, motivate and develop a passionate, customer-focused team
Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation
Oversee stock management, replenishment and availability
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise results
Build strong relationships with the wider Arnotts team
Ensure operational and brand standards are consistently maintained
Lead by example and create a positive, high-performing team environment

Requirements:

What you’ll bring:

Previous management experience within premium fashion, footwear or luxury retail
Experience as a Store Manager, Concession Manager or strong Assistant Manager
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong commercial awareness and confidence analysing performance
A genuine passion for premium footwear, fashion and styling
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Confident people leadership and team development experience
Experience within a department store or concession environment would be highly advantageous
A polished, professional approach with exceptional attention to detail
The energy and ambition to drive continued growth within an established concession
